Welcome to TurfReports, your new home for dedicated Burnley content!

Our site is built by Clarets fans, for the Clarets fans, with YOU in mind. As supporters, you deserve more. Not just a match report on a Saturday afternoon and a few quotes from a pre-match press conference.

That’s where we step in. We plan to be about so much more than your basic journalism. As an independent outlet with no direct ties to the football club, we plan to deliver honest, yet fair content, on the club we love.

Our name comes as a nod to TurfCast - where a lot of fans will know Joe and Chris from - with this our latest venture under the same umbrella in an attempt to plug a gaping hole in the club’s coverage.

We’re not here to churn out clickbait or copy-and-paste press releases. Our goal is to provide independent and thorough coverage that respects the intelligence of the Burnley fan base, but above all we will pride ourselves on accuracy and fairness in our reporting.

We aim to deliver quality and in-depth coverage of the men’s, women’s and U21s teams, whilst providing opinion pieces, features and exclusives along the way. TurfReports really will cover all bases.

We won’t stop there though. We said that this website was started with the fans in mind, and we plan to provide a platform for you as fans to express your thoughts too. After all, what’s football without fans?
